No, accommodation and hotel rooms will be booked by Husqvarna Mobility and are part of the ticket.

There are four nights included and planned for you, from Monday the 6^th to Friday the 10^th of October.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner is included in your ticket and will be provided every night. Please don't forget to select you preferred choice during the ticket purchasing process if you are vegetarian, vegan or have any intolerances.

Medicine, suitable riding gear, rain gear / layer, warm clothing, sunscreen, driver licence, neck warmer, GPS or phone including charger for navigation. You can also refer to our checklist in the provided rider information document that will be shared with all registered riders.

We do have a well worked out emergency line with local teams and international expertise. Throughout the whole event this medical support team will be only looking out for everyone's safety at the Husqvarna Trek. In a multilayer action plan medical support staff will assist with rider injuries on the spot as well execute recovery and coordinate further medical assistance if needed. More detailed information regarding the support provided will be given to those who register for the event. 

Right after the ticket purchase you will receive a booking confirmation email. Further details will then follow on a regular basis via email. 

In such a big event we have gathered specific permits for the indicated routes. It is important that all riders stick to the shared GPX files especially if we ride on private property. Nonetheless, we undertake great efforts to provide you with a diversity of terrain and routes that cater for all riding levels. You choose daily which routes and level of difficulty you wish to take -  as this adventure is designed for each rider to make it their own. Each day's route can be traversed in your own time, at your own pace. To achieve this, navigation for riders will be via GPS, arrows to assist throughout the day and route sheets supplied each night with the riders briefing.

It is up to the rider to decide if they want to ride in groups or prefer riding alone.

Lead riders will depart each morning to ensure that the tracks are clear. Sweep riders will bring up the tail end of the pack to assist with any issues that may arise throughout the day. 

It is encouraged that every rider carries essential spare parts as well as has general technical skills to fix smaller issues on-route by themselves. We are providing technical support for each rider attending the Husqvarna Trek to make sure everyone will ride throughout the whole event. Our trained staff will support you with spare parts sales, workshop advice, technical support and even recovery service if needed. 

Latest four weeks prior to the event you must conduct a safety check with your local dealer. This is to make sure your motorcycle is in good technical condition. Regardless of your riding level, we recommend using offroad focused tyres. For this reason, we offer all participants to pre-order tyres with our partner Mitas. On the arrival day our technicians will take care of the mounting. On top you can always reach out to your local dealer who will help you prepare for this epic journey. 

Yes, we do offer a tyre service. At the registration you can already indicate if you are interested in buying Mitas tyres for the event. These will be mounted for you on the day of arrival by our trained technicians. A seperate e-mail after your registration will guide you through the pre-order process.

Yes, we do offer a rental service for 701 Enduro, Norden 901 and Norden 901 Expedition models. It is part of the registration process and will be followed up by a seperate e-mail. Here are some more details:

Your bike will be equipped with:

• The right tyres for the event
• A rear bag for your essentials
• A USB charging spot

Pick-Up and contract signing:

• The bike will be handed over on Monday, October 6th, during registration
• You'll need to sign the rental contract on-site

Security deposit:

• A 1500€ deductible will be blocked on your credit card
• After the event, we will inspect the bike for damages
• Only the necessary amount (up to 1500€) will be deducted

During the booking process you can aquire a ticket for an accompanying person. The ticket price for that person includes accommodation (shared double room with the rider) and hospitality (breakfast, lunch and dinner, incl. soft drinks). 

No, we do not allow to ride with a passenger as the route is largely offroad. For safety and the joy of riding this is a one person per bike event. 

• Travel arrangements (e.g. flights, taxi service, visa application) - please make sure to sort out all the travel arrangements before coming to Portugal.
• Spare parts will be available on-site for sale. In case of damage, the costs for the spare parts must be covered by the participants. 
• Fuel is not included in the ticket price. 
• Alcoholic drinks will not be offered/ served during lunch breaks.
