Bodywork

White and black bodywork is exclusive to the Pro Series model and features subtle graphics to create a distinctive look. For a long-lasting and scratch resistant finish, the graphics are applied to the ergonomic bodywork using an in-mould process, which embeds the design beneath the surface of the plastic. Underneath the machine, an extended, polyamide skid plate protects the engine and linkage while the frame guards also provide exceptional grip in all conditions. Front and rear brake disc protectors prevent damage for continued braking performance.

Fueltank

An 8.5 litre fuel tank integrates neatly with the ergonomic bodywork and features a robust rubber cushion beneath it to hold the tank in place and protect the frame from wear. The one-piece fuel pump design and integrated filter allows the tank to be emptied further, which is particularly beneficial during longer events. For durability, the external fuel line is specifically routed to make it less exposed and susceptible to damage.

Footrest

For an optimised level of anti-squat behaviour, the WP shock is not directly connected to the main tube. The frame is finished with a premium white powder coating for a distinctive look that is unique to the Pro Series models.

Hybrid Subframe

Made from 60% polyamide and 40% aluminium, the two-piece subframe ensures exceptional strength and durability at an overall weight of just 1.8 kg. The lower subframe spars and frame mounts are manufactured from cast aluminium for significantly improved reliability. The upper section of the subframe is made from injection-moulded polyamide to enable specific flex characteristics and ensure a lightweight construction.

Swingarm

The swingarm is manufactured using a die-cast production process for optimal rigidity. To match the flex characteristics of the chassis, a 22 mm rear axle is utilised. Additionally, the swingarm has been slightly revised to enhance the durability of the chain glider, which is now made from a much stronger material.

WP XACT front forks

Designed and developed for the rigours of enduro riding and racing, the WP XACT Closed Cartridge forks are updated for 2025 with the addition of a high-speed compression adjuster. Idle is controlled by the throttle valve, with one low load injector and one top feed injector ensuring maximum performance. Additionally, the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) offers reliable cold starting while the throttle valve pivots on ball bearings for a smooth throttle action.

For continued braking performance, disc protectors are fitted front and rear. State-of-the-art, injection-molding technology is used to blend carbon fibre and plastic to create a lightweight front disc guard that features an integrated spacer for simplified wheel changes. At the rear, a CNC-machined aluminium guard designed for extreme enduro deflects impacts and allows riders to focus on mastering technical terrain.
