Motorsport is a rather integral part of the Husqvarna brand's 120-year history and a driving factor in the continued development of its class-leading production motorcycles. Fans should expect to witness Husqvarna Motorcycles battling at the front in elite series like the FIM Motocross World Championship and the SuperMotocross World Championship (consisting of both AMA Supercross and Pro Motocross in the United States). Those series are the ultimate testing grounds for the competition machines that influence the brand's extensive range of production models.

Attempting to reclaim that championship that Husqvarna clinched in the 2018 AMA Supercross series, Christian Craig and Malcolm Stewart represent Husqvarna Motorcycles aboard FC 450 machinery over in the United States. Both Craig and Stewart are former 250SX champions, so they are aware of what it takes to reign supreme at the highest level. RJ Hampshire, Casey Cochran and Guillem Farres join those stars on FC 250 machinery in the SuperMotocross World Championship.

Elsewhere, Nestaan Husqvarna Factory Racing will tackle the FIM Motocross World Championship and showcase the potential of the FC 450 and FC 250 motorcycles in different corners of the globe. Mattia Guadagnini, Kay de Wolf and Lucas Coenen will represent the professional outfit in the MXGP and MX2 classes. Those stars are some of the brightest in the sport of motocross and are currently chasing those elusive maiden world title, with full support from Husqvarna Motorcycles.
